Welcome to Big Sky Roofing and Construction’s Home Shield Membership Program (“Membership,” “Plan,” or “Agreement”). By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Big Sky Home Shield provides roof inspections, maintenance, gutter cleaning, priority scheduling, discounts, etc. Services are subject to availability and our sole discretion.

• Membership fees are charged [monthly/annually] at the rate stated at sign-up.
   
• Payment is due in advance via the payment method provided.
   
• By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file automatically for recurring payments.
   

• The initial membership term is one year starting from the effective date.
   
• Membership automatically renews for successive terms unless canceled in accordance with Section 6.
   

• You may cancel your membership at any time.
   
• To cancel, you must send a written cancellation request via email to admin@bigskyroofingconstruction.com. Phone cancellations or verbal requests will not be accepted.
   
• Cancellation requests must include your full name, membership ID (if applicable), and the email address associated with your membership.
   
• Upon receipt of your cancellation email, we will process your cancellation and send confirmation within 3 business days.
   
• No refunds will be issued for fees already paid.
   

• Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
   
• Any disputes must be submitted in writing to our support email. We will work to resolve disputes in good faith.
   

• Members agree to provide accurate and current contact and payment information.
   
• Members agree to comply with all program rules communicated by Big Sky Roofing and Construction.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Sky Roofing and Construction is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the membership or services provided.
   
• Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the member. 

Effective Date: Begins Date of Initial Payment

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Big Sky Roofing and Construction ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to the Client ("you," "your"). By scheduling or accepting service, you agree to the following:

Big Sky Roofing and Construction offers a range of services, including but not limited to roofing, storm restoration, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and general exterior maintenance. The specific services rendered will be outlined in your work order, proposal, or service agreement.

1.1 Driveway Power Washing
Our standard pricing includes up to 1,500 square feet of surface area for driveway power washing. If the area exceeds this threshold, a Big Sky representative will conduct an on-site evaluation. Should additional square footage be identified, we will notify you and discuss any necessary pricing adjustments prior to proceeding. No additional charges will be applied without your approval.

1.2 Gutter Cleaning
Standard pricing for gutter cleaning covers up to 300 linear feet of gutter system. If your property exceeds this measurement, a Big Sky representative will assess the total linear footage and communicate any additional charges before service continues. Your approval is required for any fee adjustments.

You agree to provide access to the property during the scheduled time. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and vehicles or other obstructions are removed. If our team is unable to access necessary areas, this may result in rescheduling fees or delays.

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit card, check, or ACH. Past-due balances may incur late fees or collections activity.

In some cases, a deposit may be required prior to beginning service. This will be clearly stated in your estimate or invoice.

All estimates are based on information provided and a visual assessment. Final pricing may be subject to change based on conditions not visible or disclosed during the initial consultation. In such cases, a representative will communicate any updates, and no additional work will be performed without your consent.

To cancel a scheduled service, you must provide notice via email to info@bigskyroofingconstruction.com at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to $150.

Recurring services or membership-based programs (e.g., Big Sky Home Shield) require 15 days' notice via email before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

By enrolling in the Big Sky Home Shield membership, you agree to the terms outlined in your Membership Agreement. Service frequency, included services, and any additional fees will be listed in your membership documentation. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension or cancellation of benefits.

Big Sky Roofing and Construction stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty details will be outlined in your contract or estimate. Warranties do not cover damages resulting from misuse, natural disasters, or third-party interference.

We take every precaution to avoid damage; however, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or any damage resulting from improperly installed components not installed by Big Sky. You agree to notify us of any fragile or high-risk areas prior to service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
